Activity Log not downloading data

Hi Everyone,

Just joined the MainWP. Looking forward to making the most of it. Currently, I’m struggling with one issue: the activity logo plugin is not displaying/downloading data from child site. So far, I have added one website to activity log. However, while the child site itself shows the events, those logs do not display on MainWP. I just keep seeing the loading icon. When I go to the main screen and select “all sites”, I can clearly see that all events are for “MainWP Dashboard”, therefore nothing is showing from the child site. Should I be taking this up with WP Activity Log?

Please note that the Activity Log for MainWP is 3rd party extension. You may need to reach out to the extension developer to get support for it.
