Attention! MainWP Child plugin is activated but not connected

getting this error in wpadmin, but the site is already added in mainwp dashbaord ans has been there for months and shows as connected?

That’s an unusual issue.

While that message is shown in the WP Admin of the child site, can the site be synchronized from the MainWP Dashboard?

And can you try deactivating and reactivating the MainWP Child plugin, and then reconnecting the child site to the MainWP Dashboard?
