Can you please verify that you are using the latest version of the MainWP Child plugin v4.4.1.3. on that child site?
And can you also check on the child site WP Admin > Settings > MainWP Child > SERVER INFORMATION page, that the MainWP Child plugin is detecting OpenSSL version 3.x.x?
