Child site showing up 4 times in dashboard

I have one child site that appears four times in my dashboard. I deleted the site from the dashboard and then re-added it … still see it 4 times. Any thoughts?

Thanks for the screenshot. It really helps us understand the context of the problem.

This may indicate an issue with the database. Using phpMyAdmin or a similar tool, can you please navigate to WP_MAINWP_WP table, and see if you can spot those duplicate entries?

If so, select all but one, and delete them.

The subject child site is only listed once. phpMyAdmin shows 25 rows in the WP table, and the Manage Sites page shows the same 25 unique sites.

So the database looks correct - perhaps it’s something to do with the Available Updates page.
