Cron Job schedule for plugins

Hi there, the mainwp dashboard cron job schedule for plugins is set to check every minute.
Now we have over 80 domains on the server (and in mainwp dashboard) and over 3000 plugins.
That’s a heavy load and our domains are permanently down and up again.
Where can we change the cron job schedule times for plugins?
A schedule for maybe all 4 hours would be absolute fine to check for new plugin updates.
