Database error reporting has not been disabled
wp-config: define( ‘WP_DEBUG’, ‘false’ );

Disabled all plugins
Cleared all caches, including css and scripts.

Ideas?

If you are referring to the error reporting on a child site, can you check if the PHP and Database error reporting has been adjusted in the Security page on the Individual Child site Dashboard?
