Is it possible to not update / hide the update for a specific plugin on a specific site?

Sure! On the updates page, expand the desired site and locate the plugin you want to ignore.
Then from the Ignore update dropdown, choose whether to ignore this plugin version for this site, or all versions of this plugin for this site:
Ok, so i have to wait till there is an update for the plugin and then i can ignore.
I searched on the page of the site itself, but there i can only activate/deactivate a plugin
