Extensions still available as individual subscriptions?

Looking at a number of Extensions, I only see the Included with Pro option and no longer see the option to subscribe to, say, the Wordfence extension or the Client Reports extension individually.

Is this the new pricing model? Is it Pro or nothing now?

We currently only offer Pro with either monthly or lifetime options. The change was made with version 4 that was released about 5 months ago.
