I found this thread after I was looking for a solution for my missing Fathom analytics data.
I’m on the new Pro Report Version but the data is still missing. Any ideas what I can do?

Can you please post the community system report from your MainWP Dashboard for review? The report is located in your Dashboard under Info → Server, on the top right of the page.
Be sure to use the button like the one below; this button hides all your private information:
Pressing the button auto-copies the report to your clipboard then just paste it in a reply here.

Thanks for the system report. Nothing in it stands out as an obvious issue.
I am unable to reproduce it on my Dashboard. As you can see, the entire date range has graphed information:

Thanks for the screenshot. However, this is not related to missing Fathom data in Pro Reports, but instead to missing data in Fathom widgets.
I was able to reproduce the issue with Fathom data in this widget on the Child Site Overview and passed in along to our development team.
The data in widgets on the Fathom extensions page (/wp-admin/admin.php?page=Extensions-Mainwp-Fathom-Extension) is working except for the Average Engagement Time, which is also going to be fixed in the next release.
