Hide child themes with theme extensions

Could you please elaborate a bit more on what you would like to achieve with regards to hiding child themes?

Since the child theme and this theme are displayed, the number of themes is large and it is difficult to see. It is easy to see if the child themes can be grouped

Thanks for the explanation.

Currently, Child themes cannot be grouped.
But you may make the Manage Themes table easier to manage by filtering it by the Active/Inactive status, by Child sites or Groups, or even by Theme name.
