i’d like to call the mainwp api in order to get the username and application password of each site, but I can’t find those fields in the api response : Postman
Could you tell me How to do that ?

MainWP Dashboard doesn’t store passwords for child sites so it is not possible to retrieve them via API.
The /site/ endpoint contains information about all users on that child site, including all of their administrators.
However, the administrator which was used to connect the site to the Dashboard is not highlighted.
