I have a few websites where I cant access MainWP settings, I tried deleting and reinstalling the MainWP, but it won’t show the MainWP settings page; after activation, it picks the previous WhiteLabel settings.

Settings for the White Label plugin are stored in the database. That is why after deleting and reinstalling the plugin, the settings were kept.
In this scenario, to reset the settings, please follow the instruction in this document: White Label Master Reset - MainWP Documentation
@bojan, I was able to see the able inside the Plugin list; after deactivating and reactivating, I still see the same message as my first screenshot. Pls, note I used functions.php code
