I am trying to add plugin to my site but i tried uploading it via Zip and from Wordpress Directly but when i install it i can see the plugin in file manager but not in the list of plugins from the wordpress dashboard. I then try and add it main dashboard and its asking for security key but i can get into plugin to retrievie it

The plugin must have been installed before with the white label option activated. You can use the White Label Reset Tool to fix this. The tool and documentation can be found on:
