Is the Bulk Settings extension being replaced in favour of Code Snippets?

I noticed recently that the Bulk Settings doesn’t seem updated at all, whereas Code Snippets are constantly being added. Is the idea that we should be using Code Snippets instead of Bulk Settings for keeping some consistency across child site plugins? Or any reason there’s been no updates to the Bulk Area area here in over a year?

There are no plans for the Bulk Settings Manager to be replaced with Code Snippets.

I can’t comment on why exactly the BSM has been getting fewer updates than Code Snippets lately, but the team is working on a new release of BSM right now.

I don’t have an exact timeframe for the release, but it should be out relatively soon.
