Issue for creation of Staging Environment

Hi,

We have facing an issue on creation of staging environment. The issue comes when we start to create staging environment suddenly process break and display error like that
"Something went wrong! Error: MainWP Child plugin not detected or could not be reached! Ensure the MainWP Child plugin is installed and activated on the child site, and there are no security rules blocking requests. If you continue experiencing this issue, check the MainWP Community for help… Please try again. "

When I log into the child site and go to the staging plugin interface, it shows the staging site there labeled as “broken or incomplete”.

Even I checked MainWP child plugin is activated on child site.

Also I attached screenshot related to that error.
