Login verification could not be completed API Exentions

Hi guys! Am new to this. Wanted to connect one of the essential extensions. Ordered it in my account and got the API key. When adding it in the main dashboard in WP and trying to validate it give me the message ‘login verification could not be completed’.

Am I missing something very obvious here?

Can you please share a screenshot of where you’re seeing this error message?

Also, can you try in a different browser, preferably in an Incognito/Private window without any browser extensions running?

Thanks for the screenshot.

We’ve just checked your extension API key, and it appears to be fine.

Can you try temporarily deactivating all plugins except for the MainWP Dashboard and see if that helps?

If that doesn’t help, please open a private Help Desk ticket so we can collect some additional information & investigate further?

And please refer to this Managers thread by its URL in the ticket.

Hi @bojan - wow, after 10 years on WP I should have know better and try disabling the plugins. Well, this did the trick. Had only 4 other plugins enabled as this website is for the MainWP. Not sure which one caused it, but if you want I can try exploring it
