MainWP Pro Reports fields for adding email addresses, and tokens missing when in Sites-> Edit Site. I have uninstalled the extension and reinstalled with no success. The database seems to have the proper Tables. The API is correct and I have synchronized with child sites. I would appreciate any suggestions for how to get the MainWP Pro Reports Extension to properly present fields in the Sites->Edit and save customized templates.

Are you missing the entire Pro Reports Tokens section, including all of its fields on Sites > Edit Site page?
And can you please post the community system report from your MainWP Dashboard for review? The report is located in your Dashboard under Info → Server, on the top right of the page.

Thanks for the system report. Nothing in it stands out as an obvious issue.
Can you try temporarily deactivating all plugins except for the MainWP Dashboard and Pro Reports and see if that helps?
I appreciate the assistance, but unfortunately deactivating all plugins except for the MainWP Dashboard and Pro Reports did not help the situation. I’m open to trying any other suggestions.
I ‘think’ this may have happened when I updated PHP 7.4 to PHP 8 on the host. When I ran into this issue, I reverted back to PHP 7.4 but that didn’t seem to help, so I’m not quite sure that was the cause. I’m going to take it back to PHP 8 since that will soon be required anyway.
Let’s see if changing the PHP version solves it.

Upgrade to PHP 8 did not fix. Moving this to a Help Desk Ticket as suggested.

Just to provide an update on this - the Dashboard was added as a Child site to itself, and the Dashboard had the White Label extension installed, whose settings may have gotten corrupted at some point.
After we ran our MainWP Child Reset Tool as described in this help document, the Pro Report token fields reappeared.
