Hi, as many of your customers we have also this issue as described here:
Hi, i am really starting to wonder what is considered best practice when it comes to team management in mainwp. I get that with the extension i can set certain limitations within the dashboard.
But what about working on the actual site? What are the best workflows here? As far as i can tell, each dashboard user can jump directly inside wp-admin to the child sites (convenient, though). However, which this approach i am loosing a way for detailed logging who did what on which page right? Should i…

When creating a new role, access to all sites are selected by default and there’s seemingly no way to deselect all. This is highly annoying with ~300 sites and will become moreso when adding an order of magnitude.
So in practice I’m asking for a select/deselect all sites button for the Select by Website tab.
Preferably also for all of the access flags - that’s a lot of checkboxes to untick manually when creating roles…
What changed till now in this issue, it’s really one of the main purposes, to use the mainwp dashboard with different users.
Is there meanwhile any way, that each mainwp user can login to the wp-admin of the child sites with their own credentials?
thanks

Hey @Benjamin
When logging in to Child Sites using MainWP Dashboard, you will be logged in as the administrator account that was used to initially connect the Child Site to the Dashboard.
At this moment, it is not possible to log in as any other user account.
