Today I am happy to announce our newest support agent Bojan Katusic!
He has completed his first week of internal training and has started to move on to the more basic questions posted on different social media outlets.
Once he has completed that portion of the training, he will be moved into Help Scout to help the rest of the team resolve the more advanced tickets.
In Bojan’s words:
“Building websites and learning about WordPress has been my passion for almost eight years. During those years, I’ve also provided help and support to my clients and the broader community. I have a passion for problem-solving, and hopefully, you will find my assistance helpful as well.”
