New site connection test passes but site won't connect

I’m trying to connect a new site.

When I test the connection, it works fine, however when I click to add the site, I get this:
MainWP Child plugin not detected or could not be reached! Ensure the MainWP Child plugin is installed and activated on the child site, and there are no security rules blocking requests. @renemorozowich it appears based on the script in your image that your Dashboard is being blocked by Incapsula

Basically thsr script tag loads a JavaScript resource from “Incapsula”, which is a service that provides website security and performance enhancements.

Gah. I’ve been doing this for a long time and have not even heard of that.

I followed up with the client to see if they know anything about it. I can’t find any reference to it on the site (so far?).
