On MainWP Support I can't view my (open) tickets

I’ve just created a new ticket like I have done many times before. But when I try to view my old/open tickets from My Account - MainWP WordPress Management I get to My Account - MainWP WordPress Management and there are “No support requests found”.
Same result when using incognito mode.

Can you please confirm that?

Yes, I can see my open ticket again. No old tickets, but maybe the last tickets were already so old, that they were still in the old system.
I’ve seen more posts of others on Facebook and maybe here on meta. Was this fixed for everyone or just for me?

Hi Jos,

The problem should be fixed for all users. It was caused by a plugin conflict.
