Plugin update history of a website

Hello, what is the best way to check the update history of a website? I would like to check on a website what date a specific plugin or theme was updated. I don’t think this is possible in mainwp? Is there another way to find out?

This can be accomplished with our Activity Log extension: WordPress Activity Log for MainWP Website Management

It will log plugin and themes updates, and many other activities performed directly on Child sites or via MainWP Dashboard.
