Problems adding a website

Just investigating MainWP as an alternative to Manage WP and so far.

I can’t install a client,

even though have a the child plugin installed.

Please advise

Hi Jon, I will be happy to help you with this problem.

  • Can you tell me what response do you get from the Test Connection feature?
  • Do you use CloudFlare or any other cloud proxy firewall for this child site?
  • Do you have some security plugins on the child site that could be blocking requests from your MainWP Dashboard?
