Two separate update profiles/groups

I have about 160 sites in MainWP and do upates on these sites every few days. However for about 15 sites i would like to do updates about once per month. Is it possible to create 2 groups of sites and have a separate ‘update’ screen? I know i can make groups but don’t see how to apply udates to just 1 group.

You can Switch to “Show Updates per Group” on the top left of the Updates page.
