I have moved my hosting and DNS and everything was working find, suddenly a month later all my child sites have disconnected and are giving error 403.
domain is with Heart Internet,
Nameservers point to Cloudflare for DNS. I have setup WAF rules to not check my MainWP dashboard IP and domain.

Error 403 indicates that a security rule present on the child sites is blocking the connection.
Can you try temporarily deactivating Cloudflare on these child sites and see if that helps?
Beyond whitelisting the Dashboard in Cloudlfare’s WAF, sometimes it is necessary to also disable Bot Fight mode: Troubleshoot connection problems - MainWP Knowledgebase
In addition to Cloudflare, here are some other troubleshooting steps you can take:
1. Do you use some security plugins on your child site? If yes, can you try to temporarily disable them and see if that helps?
2. Do you have any security rules present in the .htaccess file of the child site? If so, can you try temporarily removing them and see if that helps?
3. Can you please contact your host support and have them check server Firewall logs and see if there are any records about blocked requests from your Dashboard, and have them them investigate all possible server-side security rules that might be blocking the connection. For example, Imunify360, mod_security, immunifyAV, server-side firewalls.

I have put Cloudflare in to Safemode,
Bot fightmode and Block AI and crawlers are turned off.
No security plugins
