A quick note for everybody that we upgraded this morning our MainWP dashboard with more than 120 websites and we didn’t notice any issues with basic tasks. If others have some experiences as well, please share it with the community.

I have 2 MainWP dashboards. One pro that I use for my freelance business with 32 sites and one free I use at the day job on about 12 sites. I upgraded plugins, then themes, then WP core, then had to go back and do plugins and themes again, but everything went off without a hitch.
On a side-note, if you have Wordfence installed, once you update to the latest version they automatically block the app passwords, so that can save a step if you have Wordfence installed on your child sites.
