Hi, I’ve try several times to upload plugins it seems to work in the dashboard, but it doesn’t seem s reflected in the child webs.
It doesn’t appear in the dashboard either.

The plugin shouldn’t appear on the Dashboard. It’s stored in a temporary folder until it is installed on the child site.

Do you get a red X icon when installing the plugin, or a green checkmark icon?

Can you please post the community system report from your MainWP Dashboard for review? The report is located in your Dashboard under Info → Server, on the top right of the page.
Be sure to use the button like the one below; this button hides all your private information:
Pressing the button auto-copies the report to your clipboard then just paste it in a reply here.
