Virusdie Sync Issue

Hi,
not sure if I missed somethink,
I have an issue with Virudie. I have set up the extension, and synced it to virusdie.

When I now go to virusdie Dashboard it shows the number of scanned files and 0 incidents even for pages where the virusdie details within mainwp shows a vunerabilitiy or infection.

Date of last scan and number of scanned files are synced in mainwp.

Can you please share screenshots of where you’re seeing this discrepancy?

Please share the ones where it shows no issues or no scanned files, and where it says otherwise.

Can you please try Reloading Virusdie Data and syncing the Dashboard and see if the data in the extension will be updated?

This is already the result of many reloads :slight_smile:
No change.

Would you mind opening a private Help Desk ticket so we can collect some additional information & investigate further?
