Hi everyone,
Since I updated my network to 200 sites, when I want to create a user on MainWP for all the sites, it stays on “Creating the user. Please wait…” and it does nothing.
When I do a general synchronization, it’s OK.
It’s creating users that’s the problem.
Do you know how to fix this?

I am unable to reproduce this on my test Dashboard.
a) How many sites did you have before that, and have you made any other changes to your Dashboard since then?
b) Can you send us a screenshot of where it gets stuck?
c) Can you please post the community system report from your MainWP Dashboard for review? The report is located in your Dashboard under Info → Server, on the top right of the page.

Can you please check if there are any errors in the debug log or in the browser console when you’re creating users?
Can you try creating a user on just one site instead of all sites and see if that works?
And please make sure that you’re running the latest version of the MainWP Child plugin on all of your child sites.
If the issue persists, please open a private Help Desk ticket so we can collect some additional information & investigate further.
Refer to this Managers thread by its URL in the ticket.
Can you please try temporarily deactivating all plugins except for the MainWP Dashboard, and if possible try in a different browser as well?
