WPvivid Backup MainWP cannot reconnect

Hi,

So I cloned a site with this plugin installed onto a different site and it’s built to be a different webpage. Now I can’t connect this new site to MainWP. Advice please?

I’ve tried deleting both plugins, even going to /wp-content/plugins/ or /wp-content/uploads/ and database deleting any instances of wpvivid. However to no avail.

What error message do you get when you try adding that new site to the MainWP Dashboard?

Why do you think that WPVivid for MainWP extension is causing the issue?

It’s not the WPvivid that needs resetting, it’s the MainWP child plugin.
