Domain monitor failing

Domain Monitor has never really worked for me since I started using MainEWP, and I hoped that it would change with the last update.

All my domains are .ca, .com, .org, so it should work …

When I go to Extensions → Domain Monitor → Update all, the window with all the websites freezes, and it just doesn’t start !

I checked the console and I can see this error:

jquery.min.js?ver=3.7.1:2 jQuery.Deferred exception: mainwp_domain_monitor_start_next is not defined ReferenceError: mainwp_domain_monitor_start_next is not defined
    at HTMLDocument.<anonymous> (

ce.Deferred.exceptionHook @ jquery.min.js?ver=3.7.1:2

Any idea how to solve that ?

Ok, I found the culprit, but it doesn’t totally solve the proble. I explain:

1- I use SG Optimizer cache plugin from Siteground.
→ When I disable all the cache settings, Domain update don’t start
→ When I deactivate completely the plugin, it starts.

2- After the Domain are updated, only 2/13 are showing datas. All of the others are showing N/A.

Any idea ? Thanks.

I’m glad you managed to find a culprit.

Caching plugins aren’t very useful for MainWP Dashboard since very little of important content is static, so we’d recommend disabling that plugin.
Our general recommendation is to MainWP Dashboard on an otherwise empty site and not on a production site.

In the last version of Domain Monitor we’ve decided to show N/A for unsupported TLDs instead of January 1st 1970.

Please check out our KB for a list of supported TLDs:

Ok, thanks, ! so I guess I,ll have to manually feed the informations…
