I’m new to WPMain and in the stages of trying it out and seeing if this is for me.
I think however there may be a conflict between Essential Addons for Elementor Pro and the Child Plugin.
It took me a while to find out which plugin was causing WP Main to not show any available plugin updates on one of my client sites.
But it turns out that when the EA add-on is on WPMain reports no updates.
Any way to fix this please?

I couldn’t reproduce your issue.
As you can see from the screenshot, I have Essential Addons for Elementor Pro installed, and the MainWP Dashboard is reporting the available update.
If you do determine that a WordPress plugin is causing an issue, my suggestion is to contact the authors of that plugin so they can investigate further.
Strange, I turned both plugins off and back on.
Reconnected the site to WP Main and it shows the updates.
However, once I sync sites the updates disappear.
Sorry but isn’t that what i’m doing here, there is no issue with the features of the EA addon. They could very well just send me right back here with the same response.
We were not able to reproduce the issue so let’s test to see if it’s something else.
Can you please post the community system report from your MainWP Dashboard for review? The report is located in your Dashboard under Status → Server, on the top right of the page.

Thanks for the System report. I’m not seeing anything unusual in it.
Can you check if this conflict with Essential Addons for Elementor Pro occurs on other sites or just this one?
And please make sure you don’t have any related plugins added to Ignored Updates list. You can find the list on MainWP Dashboard → Plugins → Ignored Updates page.

I added the plugins to another site and no issues.
I’m going to backup and then clone this site to a staging site and see if the problem still exists.
