Is there a way, i.e. based on CSV, to add Clients in bulk?

I think it’s not possible at this moment, but I found another post, where was asked to open a feature request (Import/export clients) which you can find here: Import clients with csv file - MainWP
So it can help if you upvote this request to give it a higher priority.

As @josklever pointed out, adding Clients in bulk is not currently possible.
It is possible to add/edit/remove Clients via MainWP REST API, so perhaps you may find that useful:
