Interface needs serious improvements

Dear Team,
I’m writing to share feedback regarding the dashboard interface, particularly for networks managing numerous sites. Our experience suggests two key areas where enhancements could significantly improve daily operations and the perceived product quality.

  1. Horizontal Scrolling: Currently, the horizontal scrolling feature only works when one navigates to the bottom of the page. This can be quite cumbersome when managing numerous sites. This issue appears inconsistently across screens, with some (e.g., ‘site overview’) supporting it, while others (like ‘Updates’) do not. The only workaround seems to be reducing the font size, but this is far from ideal.
  2. Pagination for Updates: The ‘Updates’ section could greatly benefit from pagination. Our network consists of 300+ sites, and even with a high-performance server, loading all records can take a substantial amount of time - often 15 to 20 seconds. Considering the frequent usage of this page, this delay can accumulate and affect efficiency.

Do you have any forthcoming plans to address these issues? I believe rectifying these challenges could considerably enhance our daily tasks and improve the overall user experience.

Thank you for your attention to this matter.

Best regards,
Francesco Canovi

Hi @TheDarkMist

Thanks for the thoughtful suggestions.

We already have plans to include horizontal scrollbars to Manage Sites and Updates page, and we will also include pagination for Updates pages in one of our future updates.

But please keep in mind that we have an official feedback site for suggestions. There, others can comment and vote for it, letting us know which features our users want the most.
