About 70% of my sites show has deconnected for the last few days. Everything was fine last week and then suddendly I get the ‘Public key already set. Please deactivate & reactivate the MainWP Child plugin and try again’ message.
I’ve tried to de-activate and re-activate mainWP child, but the message is still the same.
I’ve tried de-activating all plugins on a child site but still the same message.
I’ve tried removing the mainwp child extension and reinstalling it. It worked for a few minutes then got disconnected again.
Can you help me with this issue?

Welcome to the MainWP community.
Is there anything in common with the disconnected sites?
Are they all on the same hosting provider, or are they all using some kind of security rule that may be blocking the connection? For example, server-side firewall or a cloud proxy?
What were you able to do during those few minutes (sync, updates, etc…) and do you know what triggered the disconnection?
Finally, can you verify that you are using the latest version of MainWP Dashboard and MainWP Child plugins on all child sites?

Thank you for your answer.
All my sites are on the same hosting provider but with separates accounts (about 150 sites). I can’t see any security rules that could prevent the connexion to be established.
I didn’t do anything after the successfull connexion, just tried to figure how to remove the plugin and install again with a batch. But then it got disconnected again.
All the dashboard and childs plugins are up to date.

It might be useful to see System Reports from a few of the disconnected Child Sites.
But since they contain sensitive information, please send it to me via a Direct Message. Just click on my name and then the button “Message”.
System Report for child sites can be found at:
- Child Site > Settings > MainWP Child > Server Information
- Click the “Get System Report” button.
Secondly, can you please post the community system report from your MainWP Dashboard for review? The report is located in your Dashboard under Info → Server, on the top right of the page.
Be sure to use the button like the one below; this button hides all your private information:
Pressing the button auto-copies the report to your clipboard then just paste it in a reply here.
