I need to display the list of all plugins with their version for a site on my report. How to do it please? Thank you for your help

This is not currently possible.
You can see all Plugins-related tokens on this page Available Pro Reports Tokens - MainWP Documentation.
So, while you can list many categories of plugins, you cannot list all plugins that are currently installed on a child site.
One of the tokens, [section.plugins.installed][/section.plugins.installed] , may perhaps sound like it would be suitable.
However, this will include plugins that have been installed during the date range of the report, not those that are currently installed.
