Is there a way to send an on-demand report to a client? I mean: if I update the client website, I would like to manually send an immediate report. It would be very useful i.e. to immediately inform the client about the update and recommending the client to check the site if everything is fine.

Sure, it is possible to send a one-time report where you select only one child site, and the date period that only includes one day during which you performed updates.
