Screen options link on SSL Monitor links to blank page

On the SSL Monitor screen I tried to open the Screen Options (1) and it opens the same page on a new tab.
The button for theme selection (2) doesn’t do anything at all.

In the browser console I see the following error:

I am not able to duplicate this error on our sites.
Can you please ensure there is no cached JS on your dashboard? Maybe hard-refresh solves it? If not, can you please reach out to help-desk so we can check it out?

It’s not a local browser cache issue, but maybe it’s related to the other topic I created. So I suggest to put this one on hold, until the other one is fixed.
