Since new update, client detail page is un-readable

Since the last update when I go to the individual client page to perform updates, the page is unreadable. I am stumped as to how to fix this.

You can click the gear icon in the top right to open the page settings and click on Reset Page on the bottom left after that. If that doesn’t help, please clear you local browser cache.

As @josklever pointed out, try resetting the page settings as explained in this doc: Reset Page settings

And you can also try hard-refreshing the page and see if that helps.
Control + R on Windows, Command + R on MacOS.
