When I go to add a new website to my list I’m getting a message saying that I have already entered the site. But it does not show up on my list of sites.

No. It does not show up when I try to search for it

Can you please check the wp_mainwp_wp table in your MainWP Dashboard database via phpMyAdmin and see if the site exists in there?
I have checked the MainWP Dashboard list of sites and it is not present. However if you are suggesting I check the code itself I am not able to do that.
