Site importing keeps loading

Hi,

I have downloaded the sample CSV and there are about 100 websites in my CSV. I only used Site Name, Url, Admin Name and Tag but it keeps loading on “Importing” Am I doing something wrong?

a) I assume that after you downloaded the sample CSV file, you simply entered your own information in that same file?

I only used Site Name, Url, Admin Name and Tag but it keeps loading on “Importing”

b) Even though you’re only using these columns, which is fine, did you perhaps delete the other column headers?

c) And can you try importing with just one site and see what will also get stuck?

d) Finally, can you please post the community system report from your MainWP Dashboard for review? The report is located in your Dashboard under Info → Server, on the top right of the page.

Pressing the button auto-copies the report to your clipboard then just paste it in a reply here.

Also, please include the system report for the Child Site in question by navigating to MainWP Child > System Information and clicking the Blue button.
