The layout of the overview page for a site is all jumbled up. When it first loads is seems correct and then the widgets all stack up on each other.

Can you try hard-refreshing the page and see if that helps? Control + R on Windows, Command + R on MacOS.
If not, can you try resetting the page settings as explained in this doc: Reset Page settings
