I am still getting an awful lot of site disconnections upon Syncing Dashboard with Sites.

Can you please provide some more information about this?
When you Sync the sites, is it always the same group of sites that get disconnected or is it entirely random?
Does the disconnect happen each time you sync or only sometimes?
How do you perform the reconnection?
Is there anything in common with the sites that disconnect? Hosting, PHP or WP versions, Security plugins…
Do you have the latest version of MainWP Dashboard and MainWP Child plugin on all sites?
Finally, can you please post the community system report from your MainWP Dashboard for review? The report is located in your Dashboard under Info → Server, on the top right of the page.
Be sure to use the button like the one below; this button hides all your private information:
Pressing the button auto-copies the report to your clipboard then just paste it in a reply here.
Also, please include the system report for the Child Site in question by navigating to MainWP Child > System Information and clicking the Blue button.
