thanks for reaching out.

Recently, we moved our support portal from Freshdesk to Help Scout.
Since the Freshdesk account is getting closed, the old resolved tickets are gone.

Please feel free to open a new helpdesk ticket for any issue that you experience with MainWP Products.

Your new ticket regarding extension updates is in the new system under ID #976.

Please try to hard refresh your browser and see if the ticket shows up on your account page.
