Supported domains not working

According to the documentation, both us and cloud should be supported, yet the single instance I have of each of those domains is showing as expiring on 1969-12-31. Both domains have expiration dates in 2024 that appear in a field labeled Registry Expiry Date:. The us domain expires in January and the cloud domain runs until the following November.

Is there anything I can do to fix these?

Those TLDs should indeed be supported.

Are you using the latest version of the Domain Monitor v4.0.6?

If so, would you mind opening a private Help Desk ticket so we can collect some additional information & investigate further?

And please refer to this Managers thread by its URL in the ticket.

I just confirmed that the Domain Monitor extension is version 4.0.6. I will open a ticket and reference this topic as soon as I can.

On a quick unrelated note, the Screen Options menu on the MainWP dashboard homepage obstructs the hamburger menu.
