Tokens not translated to values

For most of our sites token values are displayed correcty. But, for some sites the tokens are not translated to values. See below. What could cause this?

Hey @webdesignIW

Can you check if you are using the latest versions of MainWP Child (v5.0) and MainWP Child Reports (v2.2) on this child site, and that you’re using the latest version of Pro Reports (v5.0) on your Dashboard?

And can you please check on the Pro Reports > Tokens page, if you have any custom tokens created with the same name as the built-in ones (e.g. [plugin.updated.count])?

Hi Bojan,

We’re using the latest versions of MainWP Child and MainWP Child Reports. I’ve updated the Pro Reports to v5.0, but it didn’t fix the problem. We don’t use any custom tokens. I already deactivated and activated the MainWP Child Reports plugin. What can we do to fix this problem?
