Upload .htaccess issue

Hi!
I’m trying to upload a .htaccess file to all /uploads folders on child sites.
I followed the instructions here: Bulk edit .htaccess
All good except the uploaded file doesn’t stick. I can upload but it disappears immediately:
Screen Recording 2023-08-23...
I changed the file to x.htaccess and it works so it seems to affect files without a “name”.
Is there a way to do this?

I managed to reproduce the issue and passed it along to the development team.

The fix for the issue will be released in the next version of the extension. However, we don’t have an exact ETA right now.
