Website thumbnail images not refreshing on dashboard

I have an issue where I’m not seeing the latest updated thumbnail in my grid view on the dashboard. I’ve cleared the cache on my dashboard.
Is there a fix for this?

Hi @garidio

The thumbnails in the Grid View of the Manage Sites page are updated automatically every 24 hours.

It is not currently possible to trigger a manual update of the thumbnails.

The problem is a handful of the thumbnails don’t reflect the homepages of the sites.

Do these sites have any kind of protections, such as HTTP Basic Auth, or are they fully visible to the public?

There are no restrictions in place. All the sites have access to the public.
