Is there a way to force 2-factor authentication in Wordfence through MainWP using the extension? I have looked through all of the option pages but don’t see it.

MainWP Wordfence extension does not currently support the Login Security section of the Wordfence plugin, which includes 2FA. It will be added in the next version of the extension.
